Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from various warehouses ( UK, USA, AU, CANADA, FRANCE, GERMANY...)

Our jewelry is ethically handcrafted in small batches in our ateliers using only the highest quality materials and standards. We try to complete orders as soon as possible. Depending on availability, some items may take up to 10-15 business days to ship. However, it is usually much faster than this.

We work collaboratively with a variety of shipping companies. You will receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been shipped. After shipment, delivery usually takes no more than 1-3 business days.

Returns and Exchange

You have 30 calendar days to contact us if you want to return or exchange an item. Please contact us at contact@francyfloy.com.

The jewelry must be unused and in its original packaging when returned . You will lose your right to a full refund if the jewelry arrives broken due to improper return packaging. Please indicate 'returned goods' on the shipping label and inside the package, and the value is 0 €. For the return, you can use your country's regular postal service. We do not pay for return shipping.
